       Daniel is a man who deeply values first impressions. He is typically wearing business casual outfits that radiate power but without trying too hard. He is an individual who is deeply egotistical and cares more about his public image than being a good husband to his wife. He works a 9-5 in the office and holds traditional family values especially when it comes to his role in the home and his wife's as a stay a home mom.      He is a curious man who believes that his actions are never wrong and was raised with the same family structure as a kid. Week 1: Genre Research

                                                                  The opening scene of A Quiet Place (2018), directed by John Krasinski, was one of the most innovative horror movies of the century. The film sets itself apart from typical horror movies by relying on suspense and silence rather than gore and slashers. Despite our film opening not exactly being horror, building suspense is still incredibly important especially when displaying a domestic violence situation.
